Shipping policy

Every piece in the Subconscious Scape Studio collection is printed on demand — produced locally, only when you order. This means no excess inventory, no waste, and a print made specifically for you.

Production Time

All orders are produced within 2–4 business days before shipping. Each print — whether a Fine Art Poster, Canvas Print, Framed Print, or Acrylic Print — is custom-made at the time of your order and never mass-produced.

Shipping Timeframes

Domestic (United States)

2–5 business days after production.

International

5–12 business days after production, depending on destination and carrier.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Use it to follow your package directly on the carrier's website.

International Orders & Customs

We ship worldwide. Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in your order total. These charges are determined by your local customs authority.

Returns & Replacements

Because every print is made exclusively for you, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind cancellations.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we'll make it right — contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage, and we'll send a free replacement.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I cancel my order?
Once an order enters production, cancellations are not possible. Please reach out as soon as possible if you need to make a change.

My tracking hasn't updated — what should I do?
Allow 24–48 hours after the initial scan. If there's been no movement after 5 business days, contact us and we'll investigate.

Who pays customs and import fees?
International buyers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees charged upon delivery. These are not included in your order total.
