Quick Tracking Checklist

  • Step 1: Wait for your Shipping Confirmation email (sent 2–5 days after purchase).
  • Step 2: Click the "Track My Package" button inside that email.
  • Step 3: Paste your tracking number into AfterShip if local carrier data is delayed.

1. Step-by-Step Tracking Instructions

  • The Order Confirmation: You will receive an immediate receipt right after purchasing. This confirms your order but does not contain tracking information yet.
  • The Shipping Email: A second email containing your tracking link and tracking number will arrive as soon as your item leaves our printing facility.
  • Where to Click: Open your Shipping Confirmation email and click the "Track My Package" button to view real-time updates.

2. Production & Shipping TimelinesYour items are custom-made just for you, which means the delivery process has two distinct phases:Production Time (Fulfillment)

  • Timeframe: 2–5 business days.
  • Details: It takes this time to custom-print, quality-check, and safely pack your item before it leaves the facility.

Shipping Time (In Transit)

  • Domestic Delivery: 3–7 business days after shipment.
  • International Delivery: 10–21 business days after shipment.

3. Multi-Item Shipping WarningTo get your order to you as fast as possible, we route items to the printing facility closest to your delivery address.

  • Separate Packages: If you ordered multiple items (such as a framed print and a canvas), they may be printed at different facilities.
  • Separate Tracking: Your items may ship separately, come with different tracking numbers, and arrive on different days.

4. Troubleshooting Common Tracking Issues"My tracking number isn't working or updating"Carriers can take 24–48 hours to scan a package into their system after we generate the shipping label. Please check back the next day."The tracking says delivered, but it is not here"Carriers occasionally mark items as delivered a day early. Please check with your neighbors, building managers, or your local post office before reaching out."My package is stuck"International customs departments can hold packages for routine inspections. Domestic packages are only officially considered lost after 14 business days without a carrier update.

5. Universal Tracking ToolsWe partner with global printing networks that hand packages off to regional local couriers like USPS, DHL, DPD, or Royal Mail. If your initial tracking link slows down during a courier handoff, copy your tracking number and paste it into 17track.net or AfterShip for real-time local carrier updates.
