• Made to Order: Every piece is custom-printed just for you. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection.
• Damages & Errors: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will send a free replacement. You must contact us within 30 days of delivery with photo proof.
• Cancellations: Orders enter production almost immediately. Cancellations or changes are only guaranteed within 15 minutes of purchase.

1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect ItemsIf your print arrives damaged, defective, of poor print quality, or if you received the wrong item/size, we will arrange a free replacement at no cost to you.To qualify for a free replacement:

• You must contact us via email at Contact@subscapestudio.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
• You must provide your order number and clear photographic evidence of the damage, defect, or incorrect item.
• The issue must be related to production or transit damage, not handling or mishandling after delivery.

Note: Please do not ship items back to us or to Gelato. We do not require physical returns for defective goods.

2. No Returns for Change of Mind or Sizing Errors Because all items are produced specifically for you through our print-on-demand partner, Gelato, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for:

• Change of mind or personal preference.
• Incorrect size, format, or product type selection.

We strongly encourage you to review our Size Guides and product descriptions carefully before completing your purchase.

3. Order Cancellations & ModificationsBecause our fulfillment system is automated, orders are transmitted to production almost immediately after placement.

• Cancellations or modifications (such as address changes or size updates) are only guaranteed if requested within 15 minutes of purchase.
• Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

4. Shipping, Lost Packages, & Address Errors in order is considered "Lost in Transit" if tracking shows no updates for 14 or more business days (domestic US) or 21 or more business days (international). In these cases, we will gladly arrange a free replacement.Exceptions to this policy:

• Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address if the address provided at checkout was incorrect or incomplete. Customers must pay full price for a replacement order in this scenario.
  
• Delivered but Missing: If tracking states an item was "Delivered" but you have not received it, we cannot issue a free replacement. Please check with neighbors, building management, or your local mail carrier.

5. International Orders (Outside the US)Subconscious Scape Studio is based in the United States. For all international shipments:

• Customs duties, import taxes, and local handling fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
  
• Delivery delays caused by local customs processing are outside our control and do not qualify for a refund or free replacement.

6. Statutory Consumer Rights (EU/UK Protection) If you are located in the European Union, United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with statutory consumer protection laws, those rights apply.Please note that under EU/UK consumer law, the standard 14-day "right of withdrawal" (cooling-off period) does not apply to goods that are made to order or clearly personalized. Because every print is custom-made to your specifications through Gelato, change-of-mind returns remain invalid. Nothing in this policy limits your legal rights regarding defective or misdescribed goods.

1. Your full name and order number.
2. A description of the issue.
3. Clear photographs of the issue (including packaging if transit damage occurred).

We review all claims and aim to respond within 2–3 business days.
