  • Yes. A confirmation email is sent as soon as your order is placed. You will also receive a shipping notification with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

  • Orders can be modified or cancelled within a short window after placement. Please refer to our Returns & Cancellations FAQ section or contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.

  • Prices displayed are exclusive of taxes. Any applicable taxes will be calculated and shown at checkout based on your location.

International Shipping

Shipping worldwide
  • Yes. Orders are fulfilled via Gelato's global production network, which means your print is produced at a facility close to your location and shipped locally where possible.

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.

  • Delivery times vary by destination. Production typically takes 2–4 business days, followed by shipping. International delivery can take longer than domestic orders depending on your location and local postal services.

  • We ship to most countries worldwide through Gelato's network. If you are unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact us before placing an order.

Sizing & Framing

Finding the perfect fit for your space
  • Sizes vary by artwork. Available options include formats such as 20×25 cm (8×10″), 30×30 cm (12×12″), 30×40 cm (12×16″), 40×60 cm (16×24″), 45×60 cm (18×24″), 50×50 cm (20×20″), 50×60 cm (20×24″), and 50×70 cm (20×28″). Check each product page for the exact sizes available for that piece.

  • The Framed Print option includes a modern black aluminum frame (20mm) with shatterproof plexiglass. Canvas, Fine Art Poster, and Acrylic Print options are unframed.

  • Custom sizes are not currently available. Each artwork is offered in the sizes listed on its product page.

  • Consider the wall space and viewing distance. Larger formats (50×70 cm and above) work well as statement pieces, while smaller sizes suit gallery walls or intimate spaces.

  • Custom pieces are not currently offered. This store sells prints of existing original artworks only.

  • Not at this time. Only the sizes and formats listed on each product page are available.

Digital Downloads

About digital files and downloads
  • No. Digital downloads are not available. All products are physical prints produced and shipped to you. There are no digital files, printable PDFs, or instant downloads offered at this store.

  • Each piece is printed on demand to ensure the highest quality. Production typically takes 3-5 business days, with shipping times varying by location. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.

  • We want you to love your artwork. If you're not completely satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We'll work with you to find a solution, whether that's a replacement or refund.

Returns, Cancellations & Exchange

  • Because every item on our store is uniquely made-to-order based on your chosen size, artwork choice, and medium selection, we cannot accept general returns, exchanges, or change-of-mind refunds. We encourage you to carefully measure your wall space and review your selected item variant before finalizing your order.

  • We utilize automated fulfillment loops to get your artwork into production as quickly as possible. If you spot an error in your shipping address or order details, please email us immediately within 1 hour of your purchase. Once an order enters processing, the manufacturing cycle cannot be reversed or adjusted.

  • Your satisfaction is our absolute priority. In the rare event that your package is damaged by the courier or features a manufacturing error, we will replace it completely free of charge.Please contact our support team at Contact@subscapestudio.com within 30 days of delivery with the following details:

    1. Your Order Number.
    2. A brief summary of the issue.
    3. Clear photos showcasing the damage to the print AND the outer shipping box or tube packaging.
  • An order is officially classified as lost if the tracking history stalls completely without updates for more than 14 business days. If your package appears stuck, let us know, and we will initiate a claim with the logistics courier and handle your replacement printing immediately.

Shipping & Handling

  • Every piece is custom printed on demand just for you. Standard production takes 2 to 4 business days. Once packaged, standard shipping typically takes 2 to 5 business days domestically. In total, you can expect your artwork to arrive within 4 to 9 business days from the date of your order.

  • To minimize transit times and reduce our carbon footprint, we utilize a highly connected local production network. Your order will automatically be routed to the closest elite print facility nearest to your global delivery address.

  • Yes, absolutely. As soon as your order is packaged and processed by our shipping partners, an automated email containing your tracking link will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

  • We offer standard/economy door-to-door delivery as our default fulfillment option. For select product sizes and delivery zones, expedited shipping upgrades may be available at the checkout screen. Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or military bases due to carrier limitations.

  • We take immense pride in ensuring your new art reaches you in mint condition:

    • Fine Art Posters: Shipped in thick, robust triangular or cylindrical cardboard mailing tubes.
    • Canvas & Framed Prints: Packed securely inside rigid corrugated cardboard boxes fitted with interior protective wrap and corner guards.
    • Acrylic Prints: Shipped in heavy-duty protective flat packs with layered foam lining.

  • All artwork is created by Selamawit Dargie, the founder of Subconscious Scape Studio. The work spans abstract, surrealist, and expressionist styles rooted in themes of consciousness, freedom, and inner transformation.

  • The prints are high-quality reproductions of original artworks by Selamawit. Each piece is printed to archival standards to faithfully represent the original.

  • The prints are open edition unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Print Quality & Materials

Understanding our products
  • Each artwork is available in four formats: Fine Art Poster, Canvas Print, Framed Print, and Acrylic Print.

  • Fine Art Posters are museum-grade giclée prints using 12-color technology on 200 gsm heavyweight paper with a matte finish.

  • Canvas Prints are produced on a textured cotton-polyester blend (300–350 gsm), hand-stretched over sustainably sourced wood stretcher bars, and include an integrated hanging kit.

  • Framed Prints feature a modern black aluminum frame (20mm), semi-glossy paper, and shatterproof plexiglass.

  • Acrylic Prints are produced on 4mm scratch-resistant acrylic with a glossy glass-like finish, straight-cut corners, and full mounting hardware included.

  • Yes. All prints are produced to archival standards using high-quality inks and materials designed to resist fading over time.
